Shipping, Returns & Contact

Founding Drop 01 is a pre-order. You're charged at checkout. The drop closes Nov 15 and goes to print; every order ships by Dec 12, and you'll get a tracking link by email when it ships. If fewer than 50 cups are claimed by Nov 15, nothing prints and every order is refunded in full, automatically, by Nov 18. You can cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund. US addresses only for now. $4.99 flat shipping on orders under $60; free shipping on orders of $60 or more — that's any tumbler plus a charm. If your order will ship later than promised, we'll email you before Dec 12 with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Printed to order, so we can't take back a cup just because you changed your mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — your pick. You won't need to send it back. Cancel anytime before it ships for a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
